Vince's return policy is 30 days for a refund and 60 days for store credit — a two-tier system common at contemporary designer price points. Here's the full breakdown.

Standard policy

  • 30 days from purchase for a full refund to original payment method
  • 60 days for exchange or store credit
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition with all tags attached
  • Receipt or order confirmation required

Final sale

Items marked "Final Sale" are non-returnable. Vince uses final sale designation during sale periods and on marked-down items. Check before purchasing discounted pieces.

How to return online

By mail: Start the return at vince.com. A prepaid return label is provided. Vince charges a $10 return fee deducted from your refund. Refunds process within 5–7 business days of receipt.

In-store: Return online orders at Vince retail locations for free — no return shipping fee.

In-store purchases

Return to any Vince retail location with tags and receipt. Refunds process immediately.

Vince Unfold (their subscription service)

If you use Vince Unfold (their clothing rental subscription), the return policy for purchases through that service differs — items can be purchased at a reduced price and may have different return terms. Check the Unfold-specific terms.

Condition requirements

Vince is strict about condition. Their fabrics — cashmere, silk, fine knits — show wear quickly. Tags must be attached, no dry cleaning or washing before returning, and the item should look as it did when you received it.

The honest read

Thirty days is standard at Vince's price point. The $10 mail return fee is higher than some competitors but avoidable by returning in-store. The two-tier 30/60-day structure gives you some flexibility if you need more time.

Vince resale value

Vince holds strong secondary market value — particularly their cashmere, leather pieces, and suiting. Vince cashmere sweaters consistently sell at 40–60% of retail on Poshmark and TheRealReal. Their leather jackets and blazers hold even higher percentages.

If you have Vince pieces you're not wearing, they're worth real money on the secondary market. Cove tracks the resale value of what you own so you can see exactly what your Vince pieces would sell for.
