Items marked "Final Sale" are non-returnable. Veronica Beard marks these on the product listing and in your order confirmation. Sale items at deeper discounts are frequently final sale.
How to return online
By mail: Start the return at veronicabeard.com. A prepaid return label is provided; a return fee is deducted from your refund (check current rate in the returns portal). Refunds process within 5–7 business days of warehouse receipt.
In-store: Return online purchases at Veronica Beard boutiques for free.
Third-party retailers
Veronica Beard is also sold at Nordstrom, Shopbop, Neiman Marcus, and other retailers. Items purchased through those retailers must be returned to the original retailer — they cannot be returned at Veronica Beard boutiques.
Condition requirements
