How to return
Start the return at theoutnet.com through your account order history. Choose your return method:
Scheduled collection: The Outnet can arrange a courier pickup (availability varies by region).
Drop-off: Use the prepaid return label and drop off at the carrier location.
Return shipping may be free or may incur a fee depending on your location and the current return terms — check the returns portal for the current rate.
Refunds process within 5–10 business days of the warehouse receiving the return.
What you need for designer returns
