How to return
Start the return at staud.clothing. A return label is provided; a return shipping fee is deducted from your refund (check current rate in the returns portal). Refunds or store credit process after warehouse receipt.
Bags and accessories
STAUD is known for their sculptural bags (Bisset, Moreau, Moon bag). For bag returns, include any dust bags, straps, or accessories that came with the item. Bags must be unused — even light use will disqualify a return.

The 14-day refund window is tight. STAUD is a primarily online brand, so you can't try things in person before ordering. Know your sizing and have a plan for returning quickly if something doesn't work.
