Rag & Bone's return policy is 30 days for most items — standard for luxury contemporary retail. Here's the complete breakdown for online and in-store purchases.

Standard policy

  • 30 days from purchase for a full refund to original payment method
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition with all tags attached
  • Receipt or order confirmation required

Final sale

Items marked "Final Sale" are non-returnable. Rag & Bone uses final sale during their promotional events and on specifically marked items. Check the product listing before purchasing discounted pieces.

How to return in-store

Bring the item with all original tags and receipt to any Rag & Bone boutique. Refunds process to the original payment method.

For leather goods and accessories, bring any dust bags, boxes, or authenticity documentation that came with the item — these are expected with high-value returns.

How to return online

In-store: Free — return online purchases at any Rag & Bone location.

By mail: Start the return at rag-bone.com. A prepaid return label is provided; a $10 return shipping fee is deducted from your refund. Refunds process within 5–7 business days of warehouse receipt.

Leather goods and accessories

For bags, shoes, and leather accessories — bring all original packaging. Dust bags, boxes, care cards, and any authentication documents should accompany the return. Missing these doesn't automatically prevent the return, but it smooths the process significantly.

The honest read

Standard policy for the price point. Thirty days, in-store returns are free, the mail return fee is avoidable. The packaging expectation for leather goods is worth knowing — keep dust bags and boxes until you've made your final decision.

Rag & Bone resale

Rag & Bone holds strong secondary market value — particularly their denim, leather jackets, Chelsea boots, and outerwear. The brand commands premium positioning and has a loyal resale buyer base. Items typically sell at 40–65% of retail on Vestiaire Collective, TheRealReal, and Poshmark.

Their denim specifically is one of the better-performing items in the contemporary denim category on the secondary market. If you have Rag & Bone pieces you're not wearing, Cove tracks what they're actually worth so you can make the call on whether to sell.
