Loeffler Randall's return policy is 30 days for most direct purchases. Here's what's covered for their shoes, bags, and accessories.
Standard policy
- 30 days from delivery for a full refund to original payment method
- Items must be unworn, in original condition with all original packaging
- Order confirmation required
For shoes specifically: they must be returned in the original shoebox with any stuffing, tissue, or dust bags included.
Final sale
Items marked "Final Sale" are non-returnable. Loeffler Randall marks these on product listings. Check before purchasing sale items.
How to return
Start the return at loefflerrandall.com. A return label is provided; a return fee may be deducted (check the current portal for the amount). Refunds process within 5–7 business days of warehouse receipt.
Shoes: original box required
For shoe returns, the shoebox must be in good condition — don't use it as the outer shipping box. Wrap the shoebox in the outer packaging material. Missing or damaged shoeboxes can disqualify shoe returns.
Worn shoes
Shoes that have been worn outside — even briefly — cannot be returned. If you're unsure about fit, try shoes indoors on carpet only before deciding.
Third-party retailers
Loeffler Randall is also carried at Nordstrom, Shopbop, and others. Return to the original retailer — not directly to Loeffler Randall.
The honest read
Standard policy for an independent footwear and accessories brand. The original shoebox requirement is real and enforced — keep it until you've decided.
Loeffler Randall resale value
Loeffler Randall holds decent secondary market value, particularly for their signature styles — the Tie-Up ballet flat, structured clutches, and crossbody bags. Their shoes sell at 30–50% of retail on Poshmark. If you have LR pieces you're not using, they're worth listing.
Cove tracks the resale value of your wardrobe — including footwear and accessories — so you can see what your pieces are worth before deciding what to do with them.
