By mail: Free People charges a $5.95 return shipping fee deducted from your refund. To initiate a mail return, go to freepeople.com/returns, enter your order number, and print the prepaid USPS label. Refunds process within 5–7 business days of the warehouse receiving the return.

What Free People stores can accept
Most Free People locations accept both in-store and online returns. They cannot process returns for items purchased from third-party retailers (Nordstrom, Revolve, etc.) — those go through the original retailer.
