Anthropologie's return policy gives you 60 days for most purchases — longer than many of its competitors. The important exceptions are around sale items and final sale. Here's how it works.

Regular sale items: Returnable within 60 days, same as full price.
Final Sale: Non-returnable, no exceptions. Anthropologie marks these clearly on the product page and receipt. During major sale events (Friends & Family, end-of-season), a significant portion of inventory moves to final sale pricing. Always check before completing your purchase.
The "Final Sale" label appears on the product listing and again at checkout. If you don't see it, the item is standard and returnable.
How to return in-store
Bring the item with tags attached and your receipt (or the order confirmation email) to any Anthropologie location. Refunds process to the original payment method immediately. If you don't have a receipt, associates can look up the purchase through your account or by credit card.
How to return online
In-store drop-off: You can bring online purchases to any Anthropologie store — this is the fastest route to a refund.
By mail: Anthropologie charges a $5.95 return shipping fee that's deducted from your refund. Start the process at anthropologie.com/help/returns, print your label, and send the item back. Refunds take 5–7 business days to process after the warehouse receives the return.

Furniture and large items
Anthropologie's home goods return policy differs for furniture and large items:

- Items must be in original, unassembled condition
